As you know, we took the decision to close Wave, which meant that we could no longer provide a line of credit to you via your Wave credit card. In turn this meant downsizing our operational area. With customers still paying down balances, we needed to find a way to continue to provide the highest levels of customer service, and chose NCO to do this. NCO is a reputable company with extensive experience in providing customer service and they’ll be able to provide any help you need while your account is in paydown. 

Please be assured that you’re still a Wave customer. This means that the terms and conditions from your Consumer Credit Agreement remain in place and effective with us.
