As you know, we took the decision to close Wave, which meant that we could no longer provide a line of credit to you via your Wave credit card. In turn this meant downsizing our operational area. With customers still paying down balances, we needed to find a way to continue to provide the highest levels of customer service, and chose NCO to do this.
