Answer
We accept applications on the following property types:

- standard single dwelling houses
- flats
- maisonettes
- houses in multiple occupation (HMOs)
- multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs).

Additional property criteria will apply and your broker will be able to advise you on these.
