Should you wish, you're able to make regular or lump sum overpayments to your mortgage. An early repayment charge may apply if an overpayment is made within an early repayment charge period.
To make an early repayment, you'll need to confirm that:
- you're making a payment to repay the mortgage, either fully or partially
- you wish us to use that payment to reduce the capital balance.
If we don't receive the information above, the overpayment won't reduce your mortgage balance or cause a change to your monthly payment. |
